Strategic Partnership Sales – Funding/Banks


For our client, a fast-growing Fintech that helps businesses to innovate, grow and create new career opportunities for its employees, we are looking for a Strategic Partnership Sales Manager (Funding/Banks) 


The Job

As Strategic Partnership Sales Manager (Funding/Banks), you will be the connection point between clients and the company. Furthermore, you will identify, plan and execute growth opportunities with current partners as well as onboarding new partners as to meet or even exceed revenue goals.



  • Establish and maintain a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management

  • Identify partnership opportunities through BDR and inside sales opportunities, emails and client visits

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with partner companies by researching the companies and identifying decision-makers

  • Collaborate with senior management and ensure alignment to the company’s goals with new and existing partner relationships

  • Negotiate and finalize deals for added value and new opportunities

  • Provide a great experience to partners

  • Forecast, measure, and report the results of partners in our pipeline

  • Continually seek growth opportunities with current/new partners

Required Skills

  • At least five years of experience managing external relationships in a client-facing role

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Strategic and growth-focused mindset

  • Proven track record of fulfilling revenue growth goals

  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship skills

  • A Self-Starter that can thrive in a fast-paced environment with little oversight on day to day responsibilities
