This Internship is a paid, full time (4 days/week) internship based at our Amsterdam office.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING
First of all: we like to keep things short, simple but clear.

Support the internal recruitment team in the full cycle recruitment process of those who will want to join PCN as Recruitment Consultants
-
Yes, it sounds funny…but, you will recruit Recruiters.

You will partake in screening candidates, managing stakeholders and coordinating the interview processes.

You will be able to use your creative flair and work closely with our Marketing team on how to attract and engage with the right talent.
Of course there are no rules or guidelines that work every time, but so far we have experienced the following to work well:

You are studying Human Resources, Organisational Psychology or Business at a Dutch university and are looking into going into the HR field after your studies

Experience with Boolean search strings

Sociable, eager and ambitious – You start each day with a goal and are ready to engage talent in a friendly and welcoming way

You do things differently – You pursue opportunities without regard to resources currently controlled. You are a team player and fit a scale-up culture which is entrepreneurial and challenging

Emotionally intelligentÂ

Funny and kind – You are genuinely kind and like a joke or two. We work hard and spend a lot of time together – we want to have fun along the way!Â

Fluent in English and have a good command of business English (Brownie points if you’re fluent in Dutch)
