Job title: Talent Acquisition Specialist 

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

First of all: we like to keep things short, simple but clear.

Together with our Talent Acquisition team you’ll be responsible for supporting in achieving PCN’s growth plans for 2023 and beyond by building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates who will want to join PCN as Recruitment Consultants

Yes, it sounds funny…but simply put, you will recruit Recruiters and will recruit candidates who want to become Recruiters across different geographies! Of course you’ll also work on other vacancies occasionally

You will be screening candidates, working with hiring managers within the company and also assisting with the interviewing and onboarding process

You will be able to use your creative flair when it comes to tailoring messaging and engaging with talent

You will also work closely with our Marketing team on how to reach our target audience and attract that audience

You are looking to join a Talent Acquisition or a People Operations team, this is an amazing venture to gain experience in the human side of business

You will be part of an ambitious yet relaxed and friendly group who will be achieving and exploring the routes to success together

Your background: 

  • 1+ year(s) of experience in corporate recruitment/talent acquisition 

  • Proficient in engaging with talent and screening 

  • Preferably experienced in candidate onboarding after hiring

  • Experience with Boolean search strings

  • Sociable, eager and ambitious – You start each day with a goal and are ready to engage talent in a friendly and welcoming way

  • You do things differently – You pursue opportunities without regard to resources currently controlled. You are a teamplayer and fit a scale-up culture which is entrepreneurial and challenging

  • Emotionally intelligent 

  • Funny and kind – You are genuinely kind and like a joke or two. We work hard and spend a lot of time together – we want to have fun along the way! 

  • Fluent in English and have a good command of business English
