Teamlead Delivery & Deployment
Our client, one of the biggest swiss SaaS fintechs, is looking for a Teamlead Delivery & Deployment to join our client's team in one of our locations in Switzerland, Germany, UK or Spain. If you have the ability of leading a small team (currently three) and experience with Distribution systems and DevOps, we are looking forward to receiving your application.
Your mission:
- Responsible for selecting, setting up and maintaining a central software delivery system
- Define and implement procedures for customer delivery
- Responsible that only approved solutions are made available
- Lead the team of Integrators, responsible for Web Application Firewall and integration of our client's solutions with customer systems
- You’ll use your management style that enables you to build trust with colleagues while also keeping them accountable
Your background:
- Bachelor or master’s degree in information technology / computer engineer or any equivalent experience
- 4 years of experience in a management role in an international Fintech
- Experience with Distribution systems and DevOps required
- Knowledge of SaaS Environments and Kubernetes is a plus
- Solution oriented attitude and customer consulting experience
- Quality driven, process oriented and structured approach to work
- Fluent in English, German is an advantage
