Tech Lead Payment Software
PCN is currently recruiting on behalf of its client for an experienced Lead Developer (Payment Software) in Singapore
My client is a mature European headquartered multinational specialist Software business. They offer cutting edge proprietary solutions, consultancy and bespoke custom projects over multiple lines of business such as Banking, Media, Healthcare, Transport, Insurance, FinTech & Payments.
Their payments solutions enable issuers and merchants to meet the technical requirements of card schemes and regulators as well as to efficiently and securely process volume while gaining control and actionable insights. They are THE market leading experts in software development and digitization in Europe for payments.
Due to further investment my client is now expanding deeper into South East Asia and is seeking an exceptional person to be their Lead Developer out of their new Singapore office to lead the growing agile team.
You will mentor & build your team as you lead them through the SDLC from beginning to end and be a hands on individual contributor focused on product integrations for customers.

Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident only
Computer science or software engineering degree
Track record of having technical responsibility
Experience using SCRUM or SAFe in working efficiently in large and distributed teams on complex software systems
Experience of software testing (unit testing, test-driven development etc.)
Experience with technical reviews, code metrics and performance testing tools
