Tech Support Agent – SAAS – Amsterdam (hybrid) – Dutch speaking
Our client is a growing Software As A Service company that develops e-commerce solutions for some of the largest and most successful webshops. As they’re expanding their client support team we’re looking for a technical and communicative support specialist to join their team of highly motivated professionals!
You’re responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the first (second line) support, you speak to our customers by phone, answer the emails and you also create tickets for our development team.

In this role you support more than 150 customers such as G-star, Rituals, Hunkemöller, Tag Heuer and many other great brands in using the Paazl platform with the aim of optimizing integrations and configuration.

You contribute to improving B2B customer processes and optimizing the Q&A.

You are responsible for good cooperation with direct colleagues at all levels, SLA objectives, continuous improvement and performance management.

have experience with Customer Support, including (complex) problem solutions and escalations.

have excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both orally and in writing.

have experience as a Support agent in a B2B, software or e-commerce organization.

have a basic knowledge of SOAP, REST API, XML, Json & JIRA is a plus but not a must.
