The mission is to build the next generation Buy Now Pay Later platform for Payment Providers and Financial Institutions, allowing our customers to offer invoice and installment plans to meet the demand for fast & frictionless payments.

  • Being involved in design, planning, and execution of meetings with customer, such as integration workshops to plan the integration the products into the systems
  •  Collaboration with contact persons, decision makers and management
  • Product-related customer support which includes recording and processing customer requirements
  • You will be working close with the sales department to maintain the best possible customer service 
  • You will be working close with the developers to continuously improve the software (moderate level of travel activity)
  • Collaboration cross-functional with product, sales, marketing and operations
  • You are in charge of customer onboarding, coordinating all parties involved – both internally and externally – to ensure a successful go-live 
  • Your project management skills will ensure to keep your colleagues in the loop at all times, by being their front-to-back advocate for the product 
  • You will be the go-to contact person for the customers, the management team, and sales colleagues 
  • 5 big offices in Germany, and one in Austria 


  • You have a bachelor’s degree in economics or business informatics (or good arguments, why this was a waste of time and something comparable)
  • You have at least three years of experience in IT consulting, or in a similar role in the IT environment 
  • German and English are both fluent in written and spoken business language 
  • Hands-on person, solution-oriented mindset, cross-functional communication
  • You are structured, customer orientated for the benefit of our solution
  • Eager to improve your skills and take the opportunity to learn about new topics
