The technology reduces payment risk and lowers costs.
We are seeking a high-performing VP of Sales to join our international sales team, reporting to the Head of Sales for International Markets. The ideal candidate is passionate about making a difference for our customers and team. The role’s primary focus will be on activities that drive new revenue generation in a truly greenfield opportunity. The successful individual will take ownership of the international sales pipeline within a defined territory and vertical to meet revenue goals. This is a senior position within our growing international team.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the Travel Vertical
- Manage the full sales cycle from pipeline creation to first live transaction
- Use data to measure and report KPIs, building sales strategies that achieve/exceed goals
- Collaborate with global teams — including Implementations, Product, Relationship
- Management, and Customer Success — to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and drive client conversion and adoption
- Attend relevant industry events to increase brand awareness, acquire new customers, and optimize global sales conversions
Qualifications
- A proven B2B sales leader/hunter with 5+ years of experience in the payments industry (experience with both acquiring and issuing is preferred)
- Knowledge of the travel or e-commerce industry is a plus
- Experience working with C-suite executives
- Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills (proficiency in multiple languages is a plus)
- Detail-oriented with a rigorous approach to sales processes and a desire to bring in new customers and maximize revenue
- Start-up mindset: resilient, flexible, customer-focused, and able to work independently
