This is the opportunity to join the founding team at an early stage Fintech focused on B2B payments. The founders include people from the likes of Nets Group and Payone and they have already attracted interest from several high profile VCs. They are now looking to bolster the commercial team and you could be an integral part of this next step in their journey.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identification and development of new sales channels plus sales strategies and its implementation

  • Cooperating with the marketing team to enhance their efficacy in generating marketing leads and also with other departments to ensure customers needs are met

  • Negotiate and close contracts with client's or key decision makers

  • Fully understand the dynamics, developments, regulations and innovative trends of the entertainment industry in particular, token/subscription management and subscription economy, financial products enabled by an EMI license, SoftPOS and marketplace solutions

  • Explore accounts at the C-Level / top management level to maximise the value of new- and existing relationships

  • Partnering with clients to understand their business, needs and goals to effectively implement solutions

  • Implement an effective sales pipeline and lead tracking process

  • Understand and respond to market trends to ensure maximum market penetration

  • Identify space for improvements and propose improvements to achieve sales goals

  • Manage the sales team, identify and propose space for improvements eventually leading the team to growth 

  • Involved in sales budget plan, keeping an overview of  KPI's, accurate forecasting and reaching these goals/ambitions

 

Requirements:

  • MBA degree or equivalent with a focus on Marketing & Sales 

  • Ability to understand complex sales processes and a proven track record in reaching and exceeding sales goals

  • Strong communication skills and an affinity to negotiate and close client contracts

  • Experience in the online payments industry combined with strong knowledge of online payments solutions, the market as well as competition within the EU
