Responsibilities:

Build strong client relationships based on trust and reputation.Â

Identify new business opportunities and build business cases for execution, working closely with senior stakeholders.Â

Drive further revenue growth through account development, managing opportunities in Salesforce (or equivalent CRM).Â

Fully understand and manage the contract with the client, ensuring all operational and contractual requirements are met.Â

Ensure timely invoicing and cash collection, including contract indexation where applicable.Â

Maintain and present Account Plans, providing regular updates to leadership. Improve and maintain customer satisfaction (CSAT) across all touchpoints.Â

Who We’re Looking For:

The Account Manager will represent all services provided into the accounts, managing both operational and financial performance, while proactively developing relationships across client stakeholders.Â

We are seeking a self-starter with: Experience in the sales process: lead generation, relationship building, and deal closure.Â

Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of success.Â

Strong financial, sales, and bid management skills.Â

Experience building a healthy sales pipeline and successfully converting opportunities.
