6–8 years of consultancy and/or project experience in financial services.

Knowledge and experience of FinTech, payment transactions, banking operations, and/or IT.

Skills and experience in business development and project management.

Experience with digital transformation and architecture issues.

Strong analytical skills, customer- and results-oriented, with a healthy dose of ambition.

What you are going to do
As a FinTech Advisory Manager, you’ll join a young, energetic team that consistently finds clear paths through complex strategic issues. You’ll collaborate closely to develop and execute practical, strategic solutions for organizations, helping them achieve their ambitions. You’ll gain hands-on experience with high-impact projects and complex transformations while working in a dynamic, informal, and supportive environment.
You will guide teams in operationalizing initiatives such as Open Banking, PSD2, APIs, ISO20022, and real-time payment systems, translating emerging trends into actionable strategies and project plans. Your work will involve designing future-proof operating models, supporting regulatory permit applications, and shaping strategic directions for financial products and services.
Your role includes leading and mentoring your team, coordinating across multiple workstreams, and ensuring projects deliver value while keeping stakeholders satisfied. You will also play a key part in developing propositions, analyzing market trends, and identifying new opportunities.
