Your Responsibilities
Regulatory Reporting
You will handle the preparation and submission of regulatory and statistical reports in accordance with CRR and KWG, including CoRep and FinRep filings.
Regulatory Implementation
You will track regulatory changes, evaluate their implications for the organization, and lead the adoption of new regulatory requirements.
Business Growth Support
You will provide regulatory guidance for onboarding new partners and products, ensuring compliance from the beginning.
Collaboration and Quality Assurance
You will partner with Finance and Financial Data teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of data while supporting enhancements in internal controls and documentation.
Stakeholder Communication
You will serve as a primary point of contact for auditors and supervisory authorities, fostering professional and transparent relationships.
Technical Process Improvement
You will help streamline and automate regulatory reporting by defining data needs, testing processes, and refining existing workflows.
What We’re Looking For

5+ years of professional experience in regulatory reporting within a German bank or financial institution

Hands-on experience preparing and submitting regulatory reports

Practical experience with regulatory reporting software

Solid understanding of accounting principles

Ability to independently analyze regulatory requirements and translate them into implementation projects

Proactive, improvement-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Fluency in German and English (German is mandatory)
