Sales Executive, Benelux (Payments) – Amsterdam, On-site
Our client is a payments/fintech company launching a new Benelux partnership and accelerating growth in the Netherlands. They are hiring a Sales Executive in Amsterdam to activate warm partner referrals, build new business, and drive regional revenue within a collaborative, on-site team.
As a Sales Executive, you will:
- Activate ~100 warm partner referrals; convert into active reseller/partner relationships
- Own full-cycle sales: prospecting, discovery, pitching, negotiation, closing
- Build a self-sourced pipeline across the Netherlands; expand into Belgium/Luxembourg over time
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders on larger/strategic opportunities
- Maintain pipeline, forecasting, and activity hygiene; contribute market feedback
- Represent the company at client meetings and relevant industry events
- Adopt and iterate on the company’s sales methodology to accelerate ramp
Qualifications/Required Skills:
- 2–3 years’ sales experience (e.g., BDR/SDR to AE progression or equivalent)
- Fluent Dutch; strong professional English
- Amsterdam-based; 100% on-site during the first year (reasonable exceptions for appointments/travel)
- Proactive hunter mindset: curious, ambitious, resilient; strong communication and organization
- Startup/high-ownership mentality within a fast-paced, collaborative environment
