“Welcoming Sam Saperstein to our virtual stage is an honor,” said Wnet CEO Wendy Holliday. “I am looking forward to Sam’s insights on how we can all play a greater role in achieving our career goals with her practical advice designed to uplift and empower women through this pandemic and beyond.”

Recognized as a global supporter of the professional, financial and health goals of all women, Sam has taken JPMorgan Chase’s Women on the Move program from an internal program to empower and advance women employees to a global initiative working to expand women-run businesses, improve women’s financial health and advance women’s career growth.

“Sam Saperstein’s dedication to supporting women’s professional, financial and personal goals blends so well with our vision and mission,” said Wnet President Mary Uslander, Senior Vice President, Fiserv. “PayTechWomenLive is focused on empowering and investing in women, and Sam offers valuable insights on how women can advance all their aspirations.”

In her role as Head of Women on the Move, Sam manages programs designed to fuel female ambition and ensure women have equal access and opportunity. She collaborates with teams across the bank and external partners on initiatives geared toward helping women employees, clients and community members reach their full economic potential. Prior to this role, Sam spent five years as chief marketing officer of Chase Commercial Banking. Before joining Chase, she was group head of U.S. Core Products at Mastercard and a strategy consultant in the New York office of McKinsey & Company, where she served retail and wholesale banking clients.

Sam currently serves on the Board of Safe Horizon, the nation’s largest victims’ services agency that supports victims of domestic violence, child abuse, human trafficking, and youth homelessness. She also is on the Board of Advisors for Catalyst. Sam has a B.A. from Brown University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Breakout Sessions Moderated by Global Leaders from Payments and Fintech
Following Sam’s discussion and Q&A, attendees will join small-group, moderated sessions to discuss her actionable advice about how women can advance their careers through mentorship, sponsorship and supporting other women. These networking sessions will be led by some of the most successful global leaders in payments and fintech from the Wnet community and Executive Team.
