Senior Key Account Manager
Permanent employee, Full-time – Germany (Berlin, Munich, or remote)

The Role
We’re looking for someone who thrives in enterprise as well as SME environments, understands SaaS sales cycles, and can turn complex solutions into real value for our clients.
What You’ll Do

Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise and SME customers based in the DACH region

Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stake holders to drive expansion revenue

Develop strategic account plans to identify upsell and expansion opportunities across our product lines

Present tailored, solution-oriented pitches and lead negotiations for upsells and renewals

Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and support teams and advocate for the client’s interest within the company

Report on account performance and customer health and prepare accurate forecasts, pipeline reports, and revenue projections
What You Bring

5+ years in SaaS/fintech sales or account management

Proven success in hittingNRRand growth targets

Strong communication skills in German and English (both C2), Spanish is a plus

Confident working with complex products and senior stakeholders
