About Our Client

Our client is a B2B SaaS scale-up in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance space, serving regulated organisations across financial services and the public sector. Their integrated platform covers Business Process Management, Risk and Compliance, and Audit — known for fast implementations, flexibility, and strong usability. 


The Opportunity

They’re hiring a Partnerships Manager to drive growth through strategic relationships and help expand into new markets.


What You Will Do

  • Guide and support partners in unlocking the full commercial value of the platform within their business.
  • Bring new partners into the fold with structured onboarding and bespoke plans built for sustainable growth.
  • Lead collaborative go-to-market activity — joint campaigns, co-hosted events, and initiatives that drive measurable pipeline.
  • Work alongside partners to break into new markets and contribute directly to the company’s growth trajectory.
  • Own performance tracking across the partner portfolio — identifying what’s working, what isn’t, and continuously improving.
  • Serve as the central point of contact between partners and internal teams, keeping communication and collaboration on track.
  • Build the company’s presence in the wider ecosystem through events, thought leadership, and active community engagement.

About You

  • A track record of delivering results through partnerships in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Someone who builds trust naturally — partners and colleagues alike enjoy working with you.
  • A commercially sharp mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and convert them into outcomes.
  • Able to manage competing priorities and take ownership in a fast-paced, scaling business.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English

Nice to have:

  • Existing network or background in management consulting, audit, or advisory services.
  • Familiarity with the risk, compliance, or governance space.
