Implementation Manager
Amsterdam
Our client is one of Europe’s fastest growing Open Banking payment providers who are on a mission to build a global real-time payments network that will enable merchants to receive direct, account-to-account payments.
As an Implementation Engineer you will work with our clients to support their integration to Volt. You will interact with our dev team and the sales lead on our side and be the first point of contact during the boarding and launch process of our clients. We win as a team, but heavily rely on you during the critical stage of the technical client implementation.
Your responsibilities:

Support early stage technical sales conversations

Supporting the technical integration process of our clients,

Helping us to build strong relationships with our clients,

Being the 1st point of contact of our clients for technical questions post go-live,

Supporting the account management team.
Your profile:
-
At least 3 years of experience with customer facing roles,
-
Experience with multicultural and international enterprise clients,
-
Experience with managing complicated stakeholders and integrations,
-
Priority setting,
-
Problem solving,
-
Payment industry experience,
-
Autonomy, ownerships and comfort with a fast-paced startup.
