The Opportunity
They are seeking a motivated, results-driven Account Executive to join their team in the Netherlands region, based in Utrecht. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, managing and nurturing client relationships with the goal of expanding business scope and maintaining robust partnerships.
Reporting to a team lead, you will work closely with the client delivery team—including the Operational Delivery Manager and Business Delivery Manager. For client operations beyond the Netherlands, you will also engage with local business operational delivery managers to ensure their involvement in the account decision-making process.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively in group settings.
- Understand and anticipate customer needs.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities.
- Actively build and expand the current client portfolio.
- Bridge the gap between IT solutions and business requirements.

- Over 10 years of experience in a similar domain.

- A talent for identifying and resolving client challenges to consistently enhance client satisfaction.
- Experience supporting pre-sales activities and conducting market research.
