Product Marketing Specialist – North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany

With a growing portfolio of digital platforms and value-added services, they partner with organisations to optimise operational efficiency and improve customer experiences.
As part of their ongoing expansion, they are looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to help strengthen their market presence and drive adoption of their solutions.
Responsibilities as a Product Marketing Specialist:
In this role, you’ll take ownership of translating product innovation into market success. Your work will span market analysis, messaging, campaign execution, and sales enablement. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Conducting market and customer research to identify trends, needs, and opportunities.
- Creating and maintaining target customer profiles and buyer personas.
- Supporting the design and implementation of go-to-market strategies for new and existing offerings.
- Developing compelling product value propositions tailored to different customer segments.
- Planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Producing sales enablement content that equips commercial teams with impactful messaging.
- Monitoring campaign performance and providing actionable optimisation recommendations.
- Collaborating closely with product, sales, and customer operations teams to ensure alignment.
Qualifications/Required Skills for an ideal Product Marketing Specialist:
- Professional experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B setting.
- Strong skills in market analysis and customer profiling.
- A creative approach to audience-focused communication and storytelling.
- Experience delivering marketing campaigns across different channels.
- Data-driven decision-making skills with confidence working to KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Strong organisational skills, initiative, and a methodical approach to work.
