Our client is a leading player in the payment sector. Its activities include the manufacturing and deployment of POS terminals and associated software.

To support its development in Europe, particularly in England, it is seeking a Junior Business Developer. This position is offered as a permanent contract, and the candidate can be located anywhere in England (one team meeting in the headquarters per month).

As a Junior Business Developer, you will report to our Head of Sales Administration. Your clients will be ISO and Gateways. Your main responsibilities will be :

  • Meet regional sales targets through financial forecasting, budgeting, and corrective actions.
  • Develop annual sales plans, analyze market trends, and establish pricing strategies.
  • Identify sales opportunities and maintain customer relationships.
  • Enhance product marketability and profitability.
  • Contribute to operational objectives by providing sales insights and action plans.

Requirements :

  • Proven new B2B business sales track record in a target-driven environment (min. 1 year hunting experience).
  • Knowledge of the Card & Payments Industry is preferred; Payment Schemes, PSP, Gateway Partners, Acquirers, Financial Institutions, Retailers
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • An organized and structured approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to communicate effectively verbally and written to internal and external customers
