I.T. Manager
Our client is a fast growing start-up at the forefront of the sustainability and green tech space. As an IT Manager, you will have key responsibility around all areas of IT privacy, security, infrastructure and computer systems.
The Job
The IT Manager is a central figure in the operational success of the entire company. This role will have responsibility for all aspects of IT, including hardware and software. The primary responsibilities will include the following tasks.
Day-to-Day:

Spearhead the implementation, maintenance and success of all IT processes.

Independently develop and manage robust systems relating to security, privacy, disaster recovery and IT infrastructure.

Plan and oversee the installation of computer systems, networks and hardware.

Be the primary knowledge source for all technological developments in the IT space that relate to the company’s performance, efficiency, security and IT health.

Develop an IT roadmap and collaborate internally with stakeholders to ensure IT goals are reached .
Required Skills:

5+ years of experience in IT management.

Deep understanding of digital security, programming, and computer science.

Excellent communication, team-work ethic, and roll-up the sleeves approach.

Knowledge of IT-industry trends and standards in software and hardware.

Experience with on premises servers, storage area networks, and network attached storage devices.
