At the forefront of digitalized bank transfer payments for B2B commerce, we are seeking a Cybersecurity Lead to drive our cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring compliance with the DORA regulation and strengthening our cybersecurity posture.

As the Cybersecurity Lead, you will be responsible for implementing the DORA regulation within our organization. Your role will involve a blend of strategic oversight and operational execution, focusing on risk management, governance, and continuous monitoring of our cybersecurity framework.

Your key responsibilities will be :Â
- DORA Regulation Implementation: Lead full compliance with EU standards.
- Cybersecurity Leadership: Provide guidance across the organization.
- Risk Management: Develop and maintain a risk framework.
- Governance: Establish clear structures for accountability.
- Cybersecurity Toolset Ownership: Manage toolset usage.
- Monitoring and Response: Conduct continuous surveillance.
- Training and Awareness: Promote cybersecurity best practices.
- Reporting: Provide regular status updates to senior management.
- External Audits and Assessments: Coordinate external audits for compliance.
Profile Requirements :Â
- Proven cybersecurity experience with certification/compliance project background.
- DORA regulation knowledge.
- Expertise in risk management, governance, and operational security.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC) preferred.
- Startup mindset: ownership, collaboration, and ability to excel in challenging environments.
