My client is an international player in the payment sector.
It offers hardware and software payment solutions to its customers in the merchant and e-merchant sectors.
Over the past five years, it has expanded rapidly in Europe, and is a leader in its native Asia.
To reinforce its teams in Milan, in charge of operations and customer support, it is looking for an Operations Specialist.
This position is a hybrid between RMA and Logistics missions.
In this role, your main responsibilities and activities will be :
- RMA Management:
- Handle and process customer RMA requests.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments necessary for RMA processes.
- Manage electronic communication with customers, utilizing customer portals when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with the RMA team and other departments within the organization.
- Logistics Support:
- Assist the logistics team during peak periods by undertaking various tasks.
- Oversee outbound shipments to customers' destinations.
- Track shipments, ensuring timely execution, and follow up for on-time completion.
- Communicate with shipping forwarders to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
- Optimize quality, cost, and delivery aspects.
- Maintain electronic communication with customers through portals.
Required Knowledge & Experience:
- 2 years of experience in Operations, Logistics or RMA department with knowledge in POS, Medical Devices or Telecommunication.
- Proficiency in Logistics and Supply Chain processes, including Customs clearance and working with freight forwarders.
- Prior experience in RMA administration.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service and addressing customer complaints.
- Ability to work independently, within a local team, and in coordination with global/EMEA functions.
- Capability to manage tasks efficiently under tight deadlines and pressure.
- Strong time management abilities.
