Sales Manager – Benelux
For our client, a rapidly growing manufacturer of next-generation card acceptance hardware, we are looking for a Sales Manager – Benelux. Our client assists small as well as large businesses with matters from countertop POS terminals to mPOS unattended payment solutions and many other payment types.
The Job
As Sales Manager – Benelux you will be responsible for managing the relationships with existent Tier-1 customers, spearheading engagement and executing ambitious go-to-market plans. Furthermore, you will manage the region's business development.
Day-to-Day

Present value propositions to and expand business with leading players in the acquiring/acceptance field

Manage Tier 1 customer engagements, drive account management and ensure customer satisfaction

Commercialize next-gen card acceptance devices in the Benelux

Support marketing & communication on collaterals, contents and presentation materials

Track key launches and market movements from relevant players to support the client’s product roadmap and broader strategy

Manage and nurture customer relationships and further market development

Develop and implement strategies to diversify and grow the business

Being responsible for the revenue in the Benelux market
Required Skills
-
Ideally fluency in Dutch, English and French

Approximately 10 years of senior experience in the payment industry (Banks, Retailers or manufacturers) and payment services in commercial/relationship/ business development functions with extensive customer-facing experience

Experience in Financial or Payment industry in senior roles in a technology-driven environment

Being a Self-starter, proactively taking ownership, reliable, detail-oriented and completing them in a fast-paced collaborative environment describes you best

Hands-on experience working with geographically dispersed teams

You are organized, a problem solver, high energy, accurate and have excellent communication skills

Proven track record in growing business and solution selling

Able to handle partners and customers
