Senior Recruitment Consultant – Contracts

Our highly qualified consultants are specialists in providing candidates across our core vertical of Fintech in addition to our other specialisms including SaaS, E-commerce, Cybersecurity & Salesforce. Our team is made up of a bunch of high energy recruiters, and we are currently searching for a skilled and motivated senior recruitment consultant to work within the PCN Projects team.
The role:
Working closely with the Director of Projects and the rest of the team, we have opportunities to work on either the Cybersecurity or Salesforce sector.
PCN has invested heavily into these growing sectors and you’ll be working alongside existing Permanent Senior Recruitment Consultants. The mission is to grow the Contract headcount within these markets, placing the best Contractors with the best Clients in Europe. Next step… America.
Focusing your time within one of these chosen markets, your day to day duties will include:
- Full cycle business development
- Negotiate terms & conditions of service
- Attending events
- Candidate management and working on your personal brand
- Along with of course working with an awesome/supportive team & having a laugh along the way!
More about you:
- We are looking for people who ideally have experience within either the Salesforce or Cybersecurity Sector (IT Recruitment is acceptable)
- 2+ years experience in contracts/freelance recruitment
- Currently living in the Netherlands or open to relocate
- Ability to stand out in a competitive environment
- Team player / Driven / Great communication / Resilient
