Responsibilities as a Medior Salesforce Technical Consultant: 

As a Medior Salesforce Technical Consultant, your day-to-day tasks will contain: 

• Assist in creating and implementing technology solutions for businesses, focusing on cloud-based applications, especially Salesforce.com
• Participate in various stages of projects, including gathering business requirements, designing processes, configuring applications, testing, and helping with deployment
• Work closely with clients, supporting project management tasks, facilitating discussions about business processes, and contributing to solution delivery
• Contribute to the growth of the team by sharing ideas, helping develop tools to streamline processes, creating resources that can be reused, and getting involved in activities like recruiting and training
• Offer support and guidance to team members as needed, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment while learning from others' experiences

Qualifications/Required Skills for an ideal Medior Salesforce Technical Consultant:

An ideal candidate for the Medior Salesforce Technical Consultant role will need to meet most of these requirements: 

• Possess a solid foundation in Salesforce consulting gained over 2 years, demonstrating familiarity with the platform and a willingness to learn and grow
• Demonstrate problem-solving abilities by thinking creatively and analytically, striving to provide effective solutions with a positive and adaptable approach
• Display a commitment to achieving goals by actively contributing to Salesforce application design, implementation, and deployment under supervision and guidance
• Work towards obtaining Salesforce.com certifications, including Admin, Sales, or Service Cloud Consultant, with support from the team
• Develop communication skills through practice and feedback, aiming to effectively convey ideas and concepts to clients and stakeholders
• Assist in bridging client requirements with technical solutions, leveraging business analysis skills and learning from experienced team members
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English languages, facilitating clear communication in both verbal and written interactions
