Project Manager – Netherlands – (Dutch Speaking)

As a Project Manager, your primary focus will be on driving Configure Price Quote (CPQ) implementations through a structured process, beginning with a waterfall-based discovery and solution design phase, then transitioning into Agile-based modelling sprints. Collaborating closely with solution consultants, architects, team leads, and support teams, you’ll craft tailored solutions, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities as a Project Manager:
As a Project Manager, your day-to-day tasks will contain:
- Facilitate the delivery of Business Solution Design (BSD’s) and Statement of Works (SOW’s) for billable engagements, ensuring seamless coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for clients, partners, project stakeholders, and the Professional Services team
- Lead the organisation of a smooth transition through discovery, solution design, and go-live stages, clarifying expectations and deadlines for technical teams
- Manage the modelling stage, overseeing sprint planning, backlog refinement, prioritisation, demonstrations, and retrospectives
- Promote best practices for various Agile methodologies among service teams, ensuring adherence to practices that optimise value delivery
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at fostering a culture of self-organisation and high performance
Qualifications/Required Skills for an ideal Project Manager:
An ideal candidate for the Project Manager role will need to meet most of these requirements:
- Demonstrates client-centric approach, coupled with meticulous planning and organisational skills
- Exhibits an innate drive to ensure projects stay on course by eliminating obstacles
- Brings proven track record in executing project implementations at client sites, particularly within software or life sciences sectors
- Proficient in SCRUM methodology, capable of effective execution in smaller engagements
- Demonstrates adeptness in facilitating and leading teams to success
- Fluency in English is essential, with Dutch proficiency considered advantageous
- Possesses experience with CPQ, Microsoft Dynamics PSA, F&O, BC, SQL, and ERP systems, supplemented by advanced Excel skills (or PowerBI)
- Familiarity with Agile tools like Azure DevOps or Jira is preferred
