Sales Account Executive – Netherlands (Dutch-Speaking)

Responsibilities as a Sales Account Executive:
As a Sales Account Executive, your day-to-day tasks will contain:
- Craft regional sales strategies to meet and exceed your sales targets in accordance with the global Sales leadership and overarching business objectives.
- Identify and cultivate organic sales opportunities within your designated region by establishing and nurturing partner relationships (especially with Salesforce AEs) and engaging in direct lead generation.
- Organise and conduct meetings with potential clients, focusing on prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities.
- Thoroughly comprehend customer requirements and create tailored presentations to effectively address their business needs.
- Drive the development, negotiation, and successful closure of new business opportunities.
- Manage responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and lead the development of high-quality proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs), leveraging support from presales consultants.
- Oversee the entire sales order process, from qualification to approval and signature, ensuring a seamless experience for the client.
- Stay informed about the latest product offerings from channel partners and integrate them into your sales efforts.
- Cultivate strong client relationships while upholding the values of the company.
- Collaborate effectively with Executive Management, Sales Leadership, Presales & Consulting, Customer Success & Delivery Management to achieve elevated levels of customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth with existing clients.
- Maintain a precise and up-to-date pipeline, including all opportunities, contacts, and account history within our CRM System, Salesforce.
- Provide accurate monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts.
- Keep a vigilant eye on regional market trends, identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications/Required Skills for an ideal Sales Account Executive:
An ideal candidate for the Sales Account Executive role will need to meet most of these requirements:
- Demonstrable experience for at least 2 years successfully selling Salesforce technology and service offerings in a consultative/team environment and building new business within the Benelux region
- Good understanding of Cloud/ SaaS platforms, ecosystem technologies and how these solutions provide benefit to customers across multiple sectors
- Ability to analyse, assess and address prospects needs in the enterprise accounts, while clearly establishing the value of our products and services
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic with strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in selling remotely, utilising screen share/video technology such as Google Meet to articulate the value proposition and solution offerings
- Natural stakeholder and client management; able to lead discussion around complex subject matter
- Loves self-starting, hybrid roles
- Attention to detail whilst maintaining sight of the big picture
- Exceptional communication and negotiating skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- Work well remotely, engaging with local and with nearshore delivery teams
- Flexible working approach
- Travel to client sites required
- Fluent in English and Dutch
